Elevate Training

Coming January 2026

Elevate Training is a drop-in based program designed for middle and high school dancers who are ready to focus on growth, strength, and flexibility, without the long-term commitment of a full-year program.

This program helps dancers refine their technique, build confidence, and maintain consistency through focused classes that challenge and inspire. Each session combines conditioning, flexibility training, and technical development in a supportive, motivating atmosphere.

Elevate is perfect for dancers who want to push their training to the next level, stay in shape between seasons, or explore new styles at their own pace.

Program Highlights:

  • Drop-in flexibility -  come when your schedule allows
  • Focus on strength, flexibility, and technical growth
  • Encouraging, high-energy environment for teen dancers
  • Taught by professional instructors dedicated to dancer development. Instructors will be from the U of M Dance Team, St. Thomas Dance Team and more!
